参芪扶正注射液配合穴位敷贴减轻化疗后毒性反应的疗效观察

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Acupoint Application Effect Observation of Toxic Reaction Reduce after Chemotherapy

目的观察参芪扶正注射液配合穴位敷贴减轻化疗后毒性反应的疗效。方法将61例患者随机分为两组。对照组30例,常规行化疗治疗,自化疗第1天开始观察,观察21天。治疗组31例,在对照组治疗基础上,自化疗第1天开始,予参芪扶正注射液配合穴位(内关、足三里)敷贴,均用10天,自化疗第1天开始观察,观察21天。结果治疗组血白细胞、血小板数量的下降程度较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05),治疗组神疲乏力、恶心、呕吐发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液配合穴位敷贴对化疗后毒性反应有减轻作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with acupoint application therapy to alleviate the toxicity reaction after chemotherapy. Methods 61 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 cases in the control group, routine chemotherapy in the treatment of chemotherapy, observed them since the first day, taking ob- servation for 21 days. 31 cases in the treatment group, on the basis of control group therapy, since the beginning of the first day of chemotherapy, treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with acupoint （Neiguan, Zusanli） paste, for 10 days, from the first day to start chemotherapy observation, observation of 21 days. Results the degree of decrease of white blood cell, platelet number of group than in the control group significantly reduced blood therapy （ P〈0. 05 ）. The treatment group Shenpi fatigue, nausea, vomiting incidence was lower than that in control group（ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion the effect of Shenqifuzheng injection combined with acupoint application reducing the toxicity effect of chemotherapy.
