平阳县几类人群HIV和梅毒感染情况调查

Survey of HIV and syphilis infection among several types of populations in Pingyang County

目的了解平阳县几类人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)和梅毒感染情况,为制定其防治措施提供科学依据。方法对健康体检人员,外来务工人员、暗娼、中老年人进行HIV抗体、梅毒抗体检测。结果共调查12 494人,外来务工人员3000人、健康体检人员(温州话乡镇)1500人、健康体检人员(闽南话乡镇)1500人、暗娼482人,HIV抗体和梅毒抗体阳性率分别是0.03%、0.70%,0、0.60%,0、1.00%,0、1.01%。中老年人温州话乡镇2390人、闽南话乡镇3622人,HIV阳性率分别是0.04%,0.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.52,P<0.01)。结论调整每年的HIV监测对象,加强闽南话乡镇中老年人及低档次暗娼的HIV抗体和梅毒抗体检测,分地域和年龄进行综合防治。

Objective To understand situation of HIV and syphilis infection among several types of populations in Pingyang, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating comprehensive preventive measures against HIV and syphilis. Methods HIV and syphilis antibodies were tested in physical examination people, migrant workers, female sex workers （FSWs）, middle aged and elderly people. Results A total of 12,494 people were investigated, including 3,000 migrant workers, 1,500 physical examination people （Wenzhou dialect towns）, 1,500 physical examination people （Minnan dialect towns） and 482 FSWs. Positive rates of HIV and syphilis among these populations were 0.03% and 0.70%, 0.00% and 0. 60%, 0.00% and 1.00%, 0. 00% and 1.01%, respectively. Middle aged and elderly people were 2,390 in Wenzhou dialect towns, and 3,622 in Minnan dialect towns. HIV positive rates in the two towns were 0. 04 % and 0.41 %, respectively. There was significant difference between the two towns （χ^2 = 7.52,P〈0.01）. Conclusion HIV surveillance target should be adjusted annually. It should be better to strengthen detection of HIV and syphilis antibodies in middle aged and elderly people and low-level FSWs in Minnan dialect towns, and to undertake comprehensive prevention and treatment of HIV infection by region and age.
