摘要
采用常规方法对木霉UT-4分生孢子萌发的不同影响因子进行了研究。结果表明,25-30℃,pH 4-6和高湿环境是分生孢子萌发的适宜条件;有机氮源的蛋白胨和无机氮源(NH4)2SO4以及碳源中的麦芽糖和乳糖对木霉孢子萌发均有显著促进作用,而分生孢子在无菌水中萌发率较低;光照对其孢子萌发无明显影响。
Several influencing factors on spore germination in Trichoderma strain UT-4 were studied. The results showed that optimal conditions for spore germination were 25-30 ℃, pH 4-6 and high moisture level. Peptone in organic nitrogen sources, lactose and sugar in carbon sources and (NH4)2SO4 in the inorganic nitrogen sources could strongly promote germination. While conidia germination rate in pure water was very low and light showed little influence on conidia germination.
