密云县高温噪声环境对作业工人血糖和血脂水平的影响 被引量:16

Influence of noise and high temperature environment on blood glucose and blood lipid levels of workers in Miyun County

摘要 目的了解高温噪声环境对作业工人糖代谢、脂代谢的影响。方法以密云县某单位灌装车间307名高温噪声作业工人为接触组,未接触高温噪声及其他有害因素的200人为对照组,采用AU-400全自动生化分析仪分别检测两组血清中的葡萄糖(CLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并进行统计学分析。结果高温噪声作业组的GLU为(5.53±0.08)mmol/L,TC为(4.96±0.97)mmol/L,TG为(1.59±1.15)mmol/L,LDL-C为(2.62±0.76)mmol/L,分别高于对照组的(5.5±0.03)、(4.63±0.78)、(1.18±0.60)和(2.40±0.62)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。HDL-C检测结果与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);接触组血脂的异常检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着接触作业工龄的增加,TG、TC、LDL、GLU均值均增大,各工龄组间均值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高温噪声环境对作业工人的糖代谢、脂代谢都具有一定的影响,建议各相关部门应强化高温噪声作业工人的健康教育,采取相应的防治措施。 [Objective]To understand the noise and high temperature environment on glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism of exposed workers.[Methods]307 workers who were exposed to noise and high temperature environment in the filling workshop of a plant in Miyun County were recruited in the exposure group,and 200 workers who have not contacted noise,high temperature and other hazard factors were enrolled in the control group. The serum glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels of two groups were detected by the AU-400 automatic biochemical analyzer,and the results were analyzed statistically. [Results]The level of GLU,TC,TG and LDL-C in the exposure group was respectively(5.53 ±0.08) mmol/L,(4.96 ±0.97) mmol/L,(1.59 ±1.15) mmol/L and(2.62±0.76)mmol/L,which was higher than that in the control group[(5.5±0.03)mmol/L,(4.63±0.78)mmol/L,(1.18±0.60)mmol/L and(2.40 ±0.62) mmol/L],and the differences were statistically significant(all P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in HDL-C level between the exposure group and the control group(P〉0.05). The abnormal rate of blood lipid indexes in the exposure group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The average levels of TG,TC,LDL and GLU increased with the increasing of exposure length,and the differences were statistically significant among different exposure length groups(P〈0.05). [Conclusion]The noise and high temperature environment has a certain influence on the glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism of exposed workers. It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen health education among workers exposed to noise and high temperature, and take corresponding control measures.
