Monitoring results of chemical pollutants in marketplace foods of Nanning City in 2013

摘要 目的了解南宁市市售食品化学污染情况,为制定相应的监管措施提供参考依据。方法采用国家《食品卫生检验方法》中相应的检测方法对食物中的重金属、食品添加剂、农药残留、禁用药物、禁用物质等化学污染物进行监测分析。结果 2013年南宁市监测食品总体合格率为95.56%,主要监测食品中重金属合格率为99.19%,食品添加剂合格率为88.86%,违禁添加物合格率为98.28%。未检出农药残留。受污染较严重的食品种类主要有干制、盐渍水产品,油条油饼、面包糕点、拉皮凉粉类,巴氏杀菌乳、腌酸果蔬类的食品添加剂含量超标。结论南宁市市售食品化学污染总体水平较低,但部分食品仍存在污染。应采取针对性措施,加强监督监测力度,保证消费者的身体健康。 [Objective]To understand the situation of chemical pollution in marketplace foods in Nanning City,provide a reference for developing the appropriate supervision measures. [Methods]The chemical pollutants in marketplace foods,which included heavy metals, food additives, pesticide residues, prohibited drugs and banned substances, were monitored and analyzed according to the detection methods from the Food hygiene inspection methods. [Results]The overall qualified rate of marketplace foods in Nanning City in 2013 was 95.56%. The qualified rate of heavy metals,food additives and banned substances in marketplace foods was respectively 99.19%,88.86% and 98.28%,and the pesticide residues were not found. The food types with serious chemical pollution included dried and salted aquatic products,deep-fried dough sticks and cakes,bread and pastry,as well as bean jelly,while the contents of food additives in pasteurized milk,picked fruits and vegetables exceeded the standard. [Conclusion]In Nanning City,the overall level of chemical pollution in marketplace foods is low,and there is still contamination in some foods. It is necessary to take the appropriate measures,and strengthen the supervision and monitoring,to ensure the health of consumers.
