2004—2013年广西省宾阳县急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测分析及监测系统评价

Analysis on acute flaccid paralysis cases and evaluation on the surveillance system in Binyang County of Guangxi from 2004-2013

目的进一步做好宾阳县急性弛缓性麻痹病例（AFP）监测,巩固无脊髓灰质炎成果。方法运用χ^2检验的统计方法对宾阳县2004—2013年AFP监测病例有关资料进行描述流行病学方法分析并对监测系统进行评价。结果宾阳县2004—2013年共报告AFP病例55例,报告发病率在1.37/10万-4.84/10万之间,年平均发病率为2.59/10万。0-7岁组45例,占81.82%;8-14岁10例,占18.18%;两年龄组别发病率经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=20.328 5,P〈0.01）,AFP病例监测系统各项指标均达国家监测方案的要求,合格粪便标本采集率为90.91%（50/55）。55例病例中均未分离出脊髓灰质炎野病毒。结论宾阳县AFP病例监测系统运转情况良好。做好常规免疫、强化免疫和AFP病例合格大便标本的采集工作,提高首诊报告率,继续保持AFP监测系统的敏感性是有效维持无脊灰状态的重要措施。

[Objective]To improve the monitoring work of acute flaccid paralysis（AFP）cases in Binyang County,consolidate the achievements of polio-free. [Methods]With the chi-square test, the data of AFP cases in Binyang County from 2004-2013 were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method, and the surveillance system was evaluated. [Results]A total of 55 AFP cases were reported in Binyang County from 2004-2013,the reported incidence rates were between 1.37/lakh and 4.84/lakh,and the average annual incidence rate was 2.59/lakh. Among the AFP cases,45 cases were children aged 0-7 years old（accounting for81.82%）,while 10 cases were children aged 8-14 years old（accounting for 18.18%）,and statistical test showed that there was significant difference in the incidence rate between two age groups（χ^2=20.328 5,P0.01）. All the indicators of AFP surveillance system reached the requirements of the National health monitoring scheme. The rate of qualified fecal specimens was 90.91%（50/55）,and there was no wild polio virus isolated from these cases.[Conclusion]AFP surveillance system of Binyang County runs in good condition. It is important to implement the routine immunization and supplementary immunization,improve the collection work of qualified fecal specimens of AFP cases,enhance the reporting rate of the first diagnosis,and continuously to maintain the sensitivity of AFP surveillance system,to effectively maintain the polio free status.
