摘要 金属及其化合物粉尘肺沉着病是指由于吸入某些惰性金属粉尘引起的金属及其化合物粉尘在肺内的沉着,但是这些沉着物不会引起肺组织纤维变性的一类疾病,如吸入锡、铁、锑、钡及其化合物等。因此好发于从事此类金属及其化合物相关行业的工作人员。国内外的学者对于此类疾病进行过多次详细描述与讨论,大都认为锡、铁、锑、钡及其化合物等所引起的肺部病变是"良性"的,也就是在脱离作业环境后可以短期内恢复。所以长久以来并没有得到应有的重视。但随着我国在2013年最新颁布的《职业病分类与目录》中,把其明确地划分为其他呼吸系统疾病中的一项,对于金属及其化合物粉尘肺沉着病的流行病学调查、诊断与治疗等相关研究势必会成为热点。作者将就目前国内外金属及其化合物粉尘肺沉着病各方面的研究进展进行综述。 The metal-and-its-compound-dust-induced pneumoconiosis refers to metal and its compound dust deposit in the lung by the inhalation of inert metal dust,which includes tin,iron,antimony,barium and their compounds,but these won't cause lung tissue fibrosis. Therefore,the workers engaged in the industries related to these metal and compounds are prone to get the disease. In many studies which take the detailed description and discussion of this disease at home and abroad,most of researchers believed that the pulmonary lesions caused by tin,iron,antimony,barium and their compounds are benign,and damage would recover in the short term after out of the working environment. So the disease did not get the attention for a long time. However,since the disease is defined as a part of other respiratory system diseases in the Classification and Catalogue of Occupational Diseases,which is issued in 2013,the epidemiological investigation,diagnosis and treatment of the metal-and-itscompound-dust-induced pneumoconiosis will become a hot topic of researches. The authors will summarize the research progress of metal-and-its-compound-dust-induced pneumoconiosis at home and abroad.
