摘要
对护理学专业学生压力源的结构、测量及其影响因素进行了综述。已有研究发现,护理学专业学生的压力源是一个多维结构,专业学习时间、人格、自尊、社会支持、应对策略和自我效能等变量会显著影响学生对压力的感知。未来研究应加强护理学专业学生压力源的本土化研究,护理教育中应综合学校、实习单位和家庭等,给予学生足够的社会支持,提高学生的自尊和自我效能感。
In this paper,the structure,measuring and influencing factors of pressure sources in nursing students are summarized.Many studies have found that the pressure sources of nursing students is a multi-dimensional structure, the variables of professional learning time,personality,self-esteem,social support,coping strategies and self efficacy significantly affect the students' perception of pressure. In the future, the localization study on pressure sources in nursing students should be strengthened. With the combination of school,practice hospital and family,the nursing education should give students enough social support,to improve the self-esteem and self-efficacy of students.
