Role Demonstration and Skill Training in Experiential Legal Teaching

为了达到培养学生法律实务技能的教学目标,法律实践教学需要确定一种行之有效的教学实践形式。角色演练就是这样一种行之有效的教学实践形式,它不但可以把作为"源端知识"的间接经验有效地转化为学生的"用端知识",而且可以帮助学生把"用端知识"转化为可以直接应用于法律实践的法律实务技能并进而形成自身的直接经验。正因为如此,从事法律实践教学的教师应当充分理解、积极运用角色演练这一教学实践形式并在实际运用过程中克服各种挑战,以达到培养学生的法律实务技能的教学目标。

For the purpose of promoting students' legal professional skills, experiential legal teaching needs to take advantage of role demonstration, an effective mode of teaching practice. Role demonstration helps convert not only source knowledge or indirect experience into students' practicable personal knowledge,but also the later into professional skills or direct experience. Law school professors need to understand the operational mechanism of role demonstration and help students practice as much as possible in experiential legal teaching, so that their legal professional skills can be effectively promoted.
