摘要 以玉米为材料,研究水杨酸对盐渍条件下玉米幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,外源喷施一定浓度的水杨酸能够缓解幼苗盐害。表现为叶片叶绿素含量提高,光合作用能力增强,可溶性蛋白含量上升,叶片渗透势降低。同时,幼苗鲜重、干重增加。 Responses of com (zea Mays L) to effects of salicylic acid on salt stress- induced injuries were studied during the stage of seeding growth of corn. The results showed that it could mitigate the salt stress-induced injuries when sprayed with some concentration of salicylic acid. Exogenous salicylic acid could increase the chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate, raise the content of soluble protein of leaves. It also could decrease the leaves osmotic potential. At the same time, the fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings increased.
