将创新教育融入到班级管理工作和专业学习中,是大学班级提高人才培养质量的有效途径。通过学生团队自主选题和探究,实现创业实践、专业创新、班级管理、文体创意等不同类型任务的项目化,班主任将这些项目作为载体和平台进行创新教育和班级管理。这一模式能最大限度地挖掘学生的特长和潜能,激发学生的创造性,有助于专业学习和能力培养。
In order to improve the quality of talent development in higher education institutions, it is an effective way to integrate innovative education into the class management and professional learning. Discipline class advisers may create opportunities for the students to organize different activities in the form of projects, such as choosing topics and making corresponding research independently by student teams, performing entrepreneurial practice and professional innovation, class management and creative entertainments and sports programs. By managing these projects, advisers could achieve the goal of class management and innovative education. This model can maximize the employment of the students' strengths and potentials, stimulate their creativity and contribute to the professional learning and ability cultivation.
