在知识经济社会背景下,主体间性、主体共同性、主体性是大学生教育管理工作发展的哲学理论基础。在教育管理过程中,主体间性与主体性是相辅相成的。不同主体对于主体间性的认识与理解不同,其传播与发展也面临着巨大的挑战。为了实现平等、交往的教育管理方式,我们应该树立正确的"主体间性"意识。

Under the background of knowledge - economy society, inter subjectivity, subject commonality and subjectivity are the philosophy foundation for the development of education management of college students. In the process of education management, the inter subjectivity and the subjectivity are complementary to each other, for different subjects have different recognition and understand- ing of the inter subjectivity, and the spread and the development of the inter subjectivity is also facing great challenges. In order to realize equal and communication mode of education management, we are supposed to establish correct consciousness of the inter subjectivity.
