摘要各个多民族国家都希望能够实现各个民族的共同发展,提高少数民族的文化素养,英国为培养少数民族高层次人才,在立法、规划、内容、管理上做出不懈努力,体现了政治平等为重、个性化教学、全纳教育氛围、培训培训者、服务经济发展的英国少数民族高层次人才培养政策特征。 Every multi -ethnic country wishes that all the nationalities could develop eqully, improve the cultural attainments of rainorities. For this purpose, UK makes great efforts in legislature, plan, contents and management of training ethnic talents, which shows the features of the minority talents training policy of UK, which includes emphasis of political equity, individualized instruction, inclusive education atmosphere, training of the trainers and service for the local economic development.
