大学生创新能力培育问题的国内外研究综述

An Overview of the Studies on the Creativity Cultivation of College Students

当前,中国经济既高速运行也面临转型,如何在与世界他国融合中完成自我升级,其"动力体系"在于"创新",培养大学生创新能力是高校教育肩负的重要职责。通过对国内外相关研究文献整理,总结了大学生创新能力培育研究在两个层面的转变:在研究内容上由外在环境研究增加到内在因素的分析,进而由带有普遍意义的研究细化到培养模式的构建;在研究方法上由定性理论分析逐渐转向定量实证分析。试图指出今后大学生群体的创新能力培育问题研究的重点和方向。

It has become increasingly significant to cultivate college students＇ creativity in China especially in the era, when its economy has been developing rapidly and meanwhile its economic structure must be adjusted, for innovation is the only way for China to integrate itself into the global economy system and to upgrade its economic structure. And it is the very responsibility for higher education institutions to cultivate and develop the students ＇ creativity. This paper is intended to summarize the studies on the creativity cultivation of college students in the perspectives of content and method. In the former respective, the research focus transfers from the external environments to both external and internal factors, thus moving its focus from general implication to the construct of cultivating models; In the latter perspective, the research methods are changing from qualitative to quantitative. On the basis, the paper aims to point out the research direction and the important issues in this research scope.
