On the Application of the Eight Quality Management Principles of ISO9000 to the Teaching Quality- control in New- established Application Colleges

科学的教学质量管理是新建应用型本科院校提升教学质量的基本保障,文章通过分析ISO9000八项质量管理原则内涵,探讨将其应用在新建应用型本科院校教学质量管理中的必要性和方法,提出了基于八项质量管理原则构建新建应用型本科院校教学质量管理体系的基本策略,其研究成果对指导新建应用型本科院校提升教学质量具有较广泛的借鉴意义。

A scientific teaching quality - control system is the fundamental guarantee for the improvement of the teaching quality of the newly -established colleges, this paper, by analyzing the implication of the eight quality management principles of IS09000, discusses the necessity and the ways as well as the tactics to apply these principles to the teaching quality - control in these colleges, the research conclusion may provide guidance for the colleges to improve their teaching quality.
