摘要
当前大学生就业形势日益严峻,困扰着国家、高校和学生自身的发展。其中弱势群体大学生的就业困境尤其严重,产生的原因主要有社会经济发展因素、社会关系网络和"代际传递效应",部分高校培养方向与社会需求的错位,以及弱势群体家庭和自身因素的影响。文章从新时期高校弱势群体学生就业现状入手,阐释困境存在的原因,探究解决策略。
In our country, the number of the students with economic difficulties is inclined to increase year by year with the structure adjustments during economic transformation and the initial establishment of market economic system, such students are usually regarded as disadvantaged groups on campus . Thus how to understand and solve their psychological changes and problems of employment, and guide the students to grow heahhily is the responsibilities of educators in higher education institutions, in addition, it will determine whether these students can be employed and live a happy life, and it is associated with the harmony and stability of the whole society as well.
