Dignity and Right: The Core Elements Urbanization for Farmers

文章从法学角度研究人的城镇化的核心要素问题,认为农民城镇化的核心要素是农民的尊严和权利,并从城镇化人本主义和法律社会原则两方面加以论证。建议着重维护农民在城镇居住、就业、教育、医疗、社保等方面的尊严和权利。

This paper, from a legal perspective study of the core elements of the urbanization issues, holds that the core element of the urbanization of farmers is dignity and rights and demonstrates the issue from the urbanization principles of hu- manism and the Law Society. It suggest protecting the rights of farmers living in cities and towns, employment, education, health, social security and other aspects of the dignity and rights.
