摘要
社会对英语人才的需求以及应用型本科院校的办学定位决定了英语专业必须进行全面综合改革。文章探讨通过人才培养方案修订、教学团队建设、课程体系重构、科研特色的打造以及教学管理制度的完善,来实现英语专业的综合改革,以达到应用型人才培养的最终目的。
Social need of English talents and the orientation of local application-oriented universities require the comprehensive reform of English majors,which can be achieved by the revision of personnel cultivating programs, construction of teaching teams, restructuring of curriculum system in order to cultivate application- oriented talents.
