高校服务地方发展是高等教育发展的必然趋势,也是地方经济发展的需要,更是高校生存和发展的客观要求。山东工商学院以教学强校为主体,突出科研兴校;以人才培养为支撑,彰显特色兴校;以服务地方为出发点,积极探索服务地方新途径。

It is an inevitable trend for higher institutes to serve the local economic development,which meets the demand of the local economic development and the survival and development of higher institutes. Shandong Institute of Business and Technology（ SDIBT） actively explores the new approaches to serve the local economic development. They are making efforts to strengthen teaching quality while emphasizing scientific research supported by talents- training programs.
