独立学院技能应用型本科专业人才培养模式构建与实践——以广东海洋大学寸金学院为例

在我国明确要求将全国普通高等院校一半转向职业教育的前提下,独立学院的人才培养模式改革与定位关系到其发展方向,各独立学院也试图对其人才培养模式进行定位。试图从独立学院技能应用型课程体系、教学管理模式、技能培养模式及评价体系视角及其实践构建技能应用型人才培养模式。

With some common colleges in China have been turned into the occupational education,the reform of cultivation mode of independent college and the position in relation to the teaching direction of its development have been discussed more frequently. This paper analyzed the current evaluation system for the talents training from the perspective of the application course system,the skilled talent cultivation mode.
