构建医院舆情监测与危机防控体系的实践研究

Study on the Construction of Public Sentiment Monitoring and Crisis Preventing System

在互联网高度发达以及医患关系日趋紧张的大背景下,医院形象维护和公共危机防控遇到前所未有的挑战,医院建立有效的网络舆情监测与危机防控体系尤为重要。本文以笔者所在医院为例,重点阐述了医院如何把握互联网和媒体的运行规律,通过舆情监测、危机应对和媒体联络等三方面的案例解析来构建实用、高效的医院危机管理体系,实现医院健康持续发展。

Under the background of rapid development of Internet and tense relation between doctors and patients, the maintenance of hospitals＂ public image and the prevention of public crisis encounter unprecedented challenges. Therefore, it is very important for medical institutions to establish the public sentiments monitoring and crisis preventing system. Taking Nanfang Hospital as an example, this article focused on the illustration of grasping the operation law of Internet and media and realizing hospitals healthy and sustainable development based on the construction of practicable, effective hospital crisis management system with case analysis from 3 aspects of public sentiments monitoring, crisis responding and media contacting.
