摘要
目的从医院社会志愿者在志愿服务中自我实现和满意度情况分析当前医院社会志愿者在提供服务过程中存在的问题,探讨解决这些问题所需的措施方法。方法采用随机抽样填写问卷的方式进行匿名调查。共发放问卷100份,回收得到有效问卷86份,有效率为86%。结果医院社会志愿者的自我实现和满意度认可度较高,但对工作挑战性的认可度不理想。结论通过扩大医院志愿者招募来源、加强岗前培训、提高医院志愿组织管理水平等多方面采取措施,促进医院社会志愿者自我实现能力和满意度的更大提升,进一步推进医院志愿服务的可持续发展。
Objective Analyzed problems in current hospital social volunteers" service delivery based on hospital social volunteers self- actualization and satisfaction survey, and explored the solutions. Method Carried out an anonymous questionnaire survey with random sampling. A total of 100 copies of questionnaires were sent, in which 86 effective copies were collected. The effective rate was 86%. Result Hospital social volunteers" recognition of self- actualization and satisfaction was higher, but their recognition of work challenge was not very good. Conclusion By expanding the hospital volunteer recruitment source, strengthening the pre-service training and improving the management of hospital volunteer organization to promote the increase of hospital social volunteers satisfaction and self-actualization ability and further the sustainable development of hospital volunteer programs.
