摘要
新形势下医院中层干部的执行力水平决定医院组织执行效能的高低,开展基于执行力的医院中层干部培训至关重要。本文拟运用执行力理论构建医院中层干部执行力模型,并从组织、任务和个体三个层面开展干部培训需求分析,为打造基于执行力提升的医院中层干部培训体系奠定基础。
Under the new circumstances, executive ability of hospital middle-level cadres decide the hospital organization executive efficiency. It is very important to conduct hospital middle-level cadre training based on the execution ability. This paper intended to use the execution theory to construct hospital middle-level cadres execution model and carry out training demand analysis from three aspects, namely, organization, task and individual so as to lay a foundation for the construction of hospital middle-level cadre training system.
