Analysis of Input Structure for Enterprise Innovation Ability——Based on Perspective of Knowledge Management

分析企业创新能力的投入结构,可为企业创新活动内部路径的研究提供基础。从组织层、资源层、知识层构建企业创新能力的投入模型,并据此提出企业创新能力转化结构,为剖析企业创新能力内部结构提供了可能。

The analysis of the structure of the enterprise innovation ability could provide the basic research on internal path for innovation activi- ties of the enterprises. Taking the tissue layer, resource layer and knowledge layer, this paper made the input model of the enterprise innovation capa- bility, and provided the direction to analyze enterprises innovation capacity.
