摘要
CAD模型重构采用逆向参数化建模方法为产品后续分析、制造提供了数学模型,成为了设计新理念,因而被广泛应用。以花瓣、蝎子为例,讲述了UG、Imageware和Geomagic Studio三个逆向设计软件重构的过程。分析了三者的设计思路和应用特点,总结了各自优势及差异性,对构建参数化模型过程中的关键技术进行了分析,提供了一定的参考价值。
Using reverse parametric modeling method, the CAD model reconstruction provides mathematical model for pro-analysis and manufacturing of products, and as a new idea, is widely applied. Taking examples of petals and scorpions, describes the recon- struction process of three reverse design software, UG, Imageware and Geomagic Studio. In addition, analyses the design thoughts and applying characteristics of the three software, and summarizes the advantages and differences respectively. Underpinning the analysis of key technology in the process of parametric modeling, can offer some referential value on subsequent studies.
