摘要 针对新型风电自携带桥式起重机主梁的结构特点,提出一种集成Solid Works和ANSYS软件系统对主梁结构进行有限元建模、静力学分析和模态分析的方法,通过分析计算得到在满载工况下的变形情况和应力分布情况,以及主梁结构前8阶的固有频率和振型图,找出主梁振动的危险区域,为新型风电自携带桥式起重机的优化设计提供一种分析评价的依据。 According to the structure of the overhead crane girder used for the wind turbines, a finite element model of the girder was established based on SolidWorks and ANSYS software. And the modal analysis and static analysis was conducted to the finite element model of the girder, the distribution of the girder deformation in full load condition and stress was found, as well as the first 8 order natural frequency and mode shapes of the girder structure, the dangerous zone of the girder was found out from the vi- bration mode. This study results can provide a theoretical guidance for the optimization design of future overhead crane for the wind turbines.
