Studies advances on quality control of polysaccharide from traditional Chinese medicine

本文就近年来常见中药多糖质量控制方法 ,在总糖含量测定方法、分子量大小和分布测定方法、单糖组成和摩尔比测定方法、杂质检测方法等方面进行综述,希望能够为中药多糖的研究和开发提供一定的参考。

In this paper, the following four aspects were considered to ensure the quality of polysaccharide： total sugar contents, molecular weight, monosaccharide composition and impurity detection, expecting to apply some suggest for re- search and development of polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine.
