胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢40例临床治疗体会

Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Insulin Resistance in 40 Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的为了探讨采用达英-35联合二甲双胍的治疗方法治疗胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果,从而为胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗实践提供借鉴依据和参考。方法选取2011年12月至2013年12月期间我院收治的胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征患者40例为研究对象,采用达英-35联合二甲双胍进行治疗。观察并比较本组患者采用达英-35联合二甲双胍的治疗前后的FSH、LH、E2、PRL、T、FBG、FINS和GIR。结果 (1)在LH、E2、PRL、T等4项指标上,治疗后患者指标明显降低,与治疗前相比较数据差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);(2)在FBG和FINS上,治疗后患者的指标明显降低,与治疗前相比较数据差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);(3)在GIR方面,治疗后患者的指标明显升高,与治疗前相比较数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征的实践过程中,采用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗方法的临床效果显著,是临床针对胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征患者实施治疗的理想手段之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome by employing Diane- 35 combined with metformin,so as to provide basis and reference for the practice of clinical treatment of insulin resistance in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods 40 cases of insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome from January 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital were selected as the research objects and Diane- 35 combined with metformin was used in the treatment. FSH,LH,E2,PRL,T,FBG,FINS and GIR were observed and compared in the patients adopting Diane- 35 combined with metformin before and after the treatment in this group. Results（ 1） The four indexes（ LH,E2,PRL and T） lowered greatly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with those data before treatment（ P〈0. 05）.（ 2） The indexes（ FBG and FINS） of patients decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with those data before treatment（ P〈0. 05）.（ 3） GIR of the patients increased significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome the clinical effect of using Diane- 35 combined with metformin is significant,and is one of the ideal options for insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
