西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效观察

The Effect Observation of Curing Children's Allergic Purpura by Using Cimetidine Combined with Montelukast

目的探讨西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效。方法本文选取2012年8月至2014年7月期间收治的96例小儿过敏性紫癜患者,随机分成治疗组与对照组,对照组中采用西咪替丁治疗,治疗组加孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 (1)治疗组的总有效率(93.8%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(85.4%)(P=0.013);(2)治疗组的皮疹、胃肠病变以及关节红肿三种主要症状消失时间明显低于对照组的症状消失时间,两组间的差异具有统计学意义。结论西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜患者具有较好的效果,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of curing children＇s allergic purpura by using cimetidine combined with montelukast. Methods 96 cases of patients with pediatric allergic purpura treated from August 2012 to July 2014 were selected in this paper,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group adopted cimetidine therapy,while the treatment group received montelukast therapy,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups got compared. Results（ 1） the total efficiency of the treatment group（ 93. 8%） was significantly higher than the total efficiency of the control group（ 85. 4%）（ χ^2= 8. 629,P = 0. 013 〈0. 05）;（ 2） The disappearing time of the three main symptoms,which were rash,gastrointestinal disease and swelling of joints,of the treatment group was significantly less than the disappearing time of the symptoms of the control group,with statistically significant difference. Conclusion Curing pediatric patients with allergic purpura by using cimetidine in combination with montelukast has a good effect and is worth clinically promoting.
