尿道镜联合输尿管镜尿道会师术在治疗前尿道损伤中的应用

The Application of Urethral Realignment Combined with Urethroscope and Ureteroscope in the Treatment of Former Urethral Injury

目的探讨内镜下尿道会师术的技术方法特点,总结双镜联合下尿道会师术的临床应用优势及效果。方法回顾性分析2011年12月至2013年12月我院共收治的12例骑跨伤的患者联合应用输尿管镜及尿道镜实施尿道会师术的临床资料。结果 12例患者均为前尿道断裂伤,均会师成功,术后定期尿道扩张,未出现因尿道狭窄行二期手术的患者。结论双镜联合尿道会师手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、手术成功率高,可作为治疗前尿道损伤的最佳选择。

Objective To discuss the technical features of endoscopic urethral realignment and summarize the advantages of clinical application and effects of urethral realignment with urethrascope and ureteroscope. Methods To analyze retrospectively the clinical data of 12 patients with straddle injury treated with the combination of urethrascope,ureteroscope and urethral realignment in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013. Results All the 12 patients who suffered from former urethral rupture injury have successfully shown postoperative urethral expansion on a regular basis. None of the patients needed secondary surgery in case of the urethral stricture. Conclusions Urethral realignment combined with urethrascope and ureteroscope is an ideal choice for the treatment of the former urethral injury with short operation time,small trauma,rapid recovery,few complications,and high surgical success rate.
