养老护理人员培训评价指标的建立

The Development of Evaluation Index System for Aged Care Staff Training

目的探讨并确立科学的可操作的养老护理人员培训评价指标体系。方法运用德尔菲法进行探讨,利用Microsoft Excel 2003计算指标的权重。结果确定了养老护理人员培训评价体系的一级指标6项并计算权重。结论评价指标具有一定的客观性和科学性。

Objective To develop scientific and operational evaluation index system of aged care staff training. Methods By making use of Delphi Expert Consultation Method and Microsoft Excel 2003 to calculate the weights of indicators. Results The 6 first- level indicators of old- age nursing personnel training system were determined,and the index weights were calculated. Conclusion All levels of indicators have an objective and scientific nature.
