Research on the Effects of Bleeding,Anemia and Blood Transfusion on the Prognosis of Cardiac Surgery

出血在心脏外科围手术期较为常见,大出血是输血的主要原因之一,特别是术前贫血的病人更是如此;严重贫血患者,血小板偏低时更易引起大出血,进一步加重贫血。围手术期出血、贫血、输血都会明显影响心脏外科手术病人的预后。三者既相互独立,又相互影响,是心脏外科病人术后死亡的三大危险因素。

Bleeding is more common in perioperative cardiac surgery. Hemorrhage is one of the leading causes of blood transfusion,especially for patients with anemia. Low platelet of severe anemia patients was more likely to result in bleeding,even aggravate anemia. In the perioperative period,bleeding,anemia,blood transfusion can significantly influence the outcome of cardiac surgery. The three factors mentioned above are independent of each other but influence each other. At the same time,they are three major risk factors for cardiac postoperative death.
