Many traditional techniques of processing Pu-erh Tea have disappeared,including "Hao" and "Yin" stamping,largely due to the many secret family tea processing methods breaking down over time.However,the tea house owners have chosen special leaf varietals,while using their own unique processing methods in order to accomplish a flavorful and high quality brew.Today we can rely on tasting the aged tea to experience and understand its value in appreciation and collection
