黄芪多糖对2型糖尿病患者内皮功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究黄芪多糖(APS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法于本院2013年12月~2014年8月住院治疗的患者中选择确诊为T2DM的患者65例,随机分为APS治疗组(33例)和常规治疗组(32例),APS治疗组在西药口服降糖药物治疗的基础上增加APS治疗2周,常规治疗组则仅给予常规西药口服降糖药物治疗。研究T2DM患者治疗前后内皮功能指标的变化。采用ELISA法测定内皮素-1(ET-1)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)浓度,以比色法测定NO水平。结果 APS治疗组治疗后的ET-l、ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平均明显降低,NO水平明显升高,与治疗前、常规治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论短期足疗程APS治疗能改善T2DM患者的血管内皮功能。 Objective To investigate the influence of Astragalus polysaccharides(APS) on endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods 65 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed in our hospital from December 2013 to August 2014 were selected and were randomly divided into the APS treatment group(33cases) and routine treatment group(32 samples),the APS treatment group was added the APS treatment on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic therapy,and treated for 2 weeks,only conventional hypoglycemic therapy was given to the routine treatment group.The indexes of endothelial function was detected before and after treatment.Serum ET-1,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 level was measured by ELISA.Serum NO was detected by chromatometry. Results After treatment,the ET-1,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 level of the APS treatment group was significantly reduced,the NO level of APS treatment group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment and the routine treatment group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The APS treatment can improve the endothelial function in patients with T2 DM.
