南昌市肿瘤科护士职业防护情况的调查

Investigation of nurse′s occupational protection at the Department of Oncology in Nanchang City

目的通过对医院肿瘤科护士职业危害的调查,了解职业危害的因素,探讨相应的防护对策。方法采用问卷调查方法对南昌市10所医院肿瘤科200名护士发放问卷进行无记名调查。调查内容为肿瘤科护士的职业暴露的危害和防护的现状。结果有160名护士发生职业危害,其中脱发比例最高140名(70%),其次白细胞减少100名(50%),血小板减少60名(30%),流产2名(1%)。结论肿瘤科护士应重视职业危害,加强防护,做好预防性自我防护措施。

Objective To know the occupational risk factors and discuss the corresponding protective measures by investigating the nurse′s occupational hazard at the Department of Oncology in our hospital. Methods By questionnaire survey,questionnaire was anonymously distributed to 200 nurses from 10 hospitals in Nanchang city.The surveyed contents contained occupational exposure hazard of nurses in Department of Oncology and the current situation of protection. Results Occupational hazard occurred in 160 nurses.Hair loss is in the highest proportion,at the number of 140 accounting for 70%.Leucopenia was in the second place with the percentage of 50%（100/200）.Next was thrombocytopenia and miscarriage with the proportions of 30%（60/200） and 1%（2/200） respectively. Conclusion Nurses in Department of Oncology should attach great importance to their occupational hazard,enhance protection awareness,and prepare preventive self-protective measures.
