摘要
目的调查吉林省部分三甲医院急诊科护士的人才培训情况,找出存在的问题并加以解决。方法采取问卷调查法对287名急诊科护士进行调查,通过Excel自带的统计功能进行统计分析。结果护士普遍具有学习的需求,但现有的培训方法均存在一定问题,如认为外出学习式培训、集体式培训和专家指导式培训的对自身非常有帮助的比率分别为10.45%、4.53%和28.92%。结论提出了依靠医院内部的人才优势建立系统合理的培训体系,以此有效提高护士的素质和能力。
Objective To survey the personnel training situation of nurses in Department of Emergency in parts of hospital in Jilin Province,to find out the existing problems and to solve them. Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate 287 nurses in department of emergency,the statistics and analysis of statistical function of Excel own was used. Results Nurses generally had learning needs,but there were some problems of the existing training methods,such as that go out to study training,collective training and expert guidance training for theirvery helpful ratios was 10.51%,4.78% and 29.55% respectively. Conclusion Proposes to rely on personnel within the hospital to establish a systematic and rational training system,can effectively improve the nurse′s quality and ability.
