阶段式健康教育在产科中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨阶段式健康教育在产科中的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年6月在本院住院的1120例产科产妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各560例。对照组采用常规的传统教育方式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用阶段式健康教育,比较两组产妇对分娩整个过程的了解能力和护理能力、产程时间。结果观察组对分娩知识的掌握、分娩期生理心理应对能力、护理伤口的能力、产褥期康复训练及护理新生儿的能力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。观察组的第一产程及总产程时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论阶段式健康教育对提高产科护理质量及缩短产程具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the application effect of staged health education in obstetrical department. Methods1120 puerperae from May 2013 to June 2014 in obstetrical department were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,560 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional traditional education,the observation group was given staged health education on the basis of the control group.Understanding ability of the whole delivery process and ability of nursing,time of birth process was compared respectively. Results Mastery of knowledge about delivery,physiological psychology coping capacity during delivery,ability to care wound,rehabilitation training in puerperium,ability to nurse on the newborn in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.01).The first labor period and total labor time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Staged health education has important significance to improve the quality of obstetric care and shorten delivery period.
