血栓通注射液与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Xueshuantong injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨血栓通注射液与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月~2014年6月在本院治疗的50例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各25例,对照组给予血栓通治疗,实验组实施血栓通联合依达拉奉治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果、神经功能缺损和日常生活能力。结果实验组总有效率为84%,明显高于对照组的52%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后实验组患者的神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者在治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论血栓通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死可明显提高治疗效果,改善患者的神经功能,提高患者日常生活能力和生活质量,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Xueshuantong injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 50 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,25 cases in each group,the control group were given with Xueshuantong injection,experimental group were implemented with Xueshuantong injection combined with edaravone.The clinical effect,neurological deficits and activities of daily living between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 84%,higher than 52% of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the score of neurological deficits and activities of daily living in experimental group was better than that in control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.There were no serious adverse events occurred during treatment. Conclusion Xueshuantong injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve neurologic impairment,increase the patients′ life quality,has high safety,is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
