氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压早期肾损害的效果观察

Effect observation of amlodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of senile hypertension early renal damage

目的探讨氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压早期肾损害的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年6月~2014年6月收治的高血压早期肾损害患者128例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组64例,两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,实验组给予氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.31%,明显高于对照组的82.81%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组治疗后的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、尿微量白蛋白（m ALB）指标改善情况优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压早期肾损害的效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of amlodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of senile hypertension early renal damage. Methods 128 cases of patients with hypertension early renal damage treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,64 cases in each group.On the basic of conventional treatment,the control group was given with amlodipine,while the experimental group was given with amlodipine combined with telmisartan.Clinical therapeutic effect of both groups was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.31%,higher than 82.81% of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The improvement of SBP,DBP,mALB in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction be- tween the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of amlodipine combined with telmisartan is effective for senile hypertension patients with early renal damage,which has a high clinical value.
