地塞米松和盐酸氨溴索联合鼓室内注射治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨地塞米松、盐酸氨溴索联合鼓室内注射治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年10月~2014年5月本院收治的分泌性中耳炎患者101例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=50)。对照组鼓室内注入地塞米松,观察组鼓室注入地塞米松+盐酸氨溴索,比较两组的咽鼓管功能、气导听力水平以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组咽鼓管功能正常率显著高于对照组(χ2=33.974,P=0.000)。观察组在0.5、1.0、2.0 k Hz不同频率下的气导听力均显著低于对照组(t=14.371,P=0.000;t=15.686,P=0.000;t=18.441,P=0.000)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.2%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(χ2=6.485,P=0.011)。结论地塞米松、盐酸氨溴素联合应用能促进咽鼓管功能恢复正常,促进听力恢复,改善分泌性中耳炎症状。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of dexamethasone combined with ambroxol hydrochloride intratympanic injection in treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods 101 cases of patients with secretory otitis media treated in our hospital from October 2012 to May 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group(n=51) and control group(n =50).The control group were given with dexamethasone,while the observation group were given with dexamethasone and ambroxol hydrochloride.The eustachian tube function,air conduction hearing and clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results The normal rate of eustachian tube function in observation group was higher than that of control group(χ2=33.974,P=0.000).The air conduction hearing under 0.5 k Hz,1.0 k Hz and2.0 k Hz in observation group was lower than that in the control group(t=14.371,P=0.000;t=15.686,P=0.000;t=18.441,P=0.000).The total efficiency rate of observation group was 90.2% higher than 70.0% of the control group(χ2=6.485,P =0.011). Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with ambroxol hydrochloride can promote the recovery of eustachian tube function,promote the improvement of hearing recovery,and improve symptoms.of secretory otitis media.
