同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白(a)水平与不同分型脑梗死的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白(a)与不同分型脑梗死的关系。方法对明确诊断脑梗死的120例患者按照OCSP分型和TOAST分型标准进行分组,选取同期来院体检的正常健康人90例作为对照组,检测Hcy、脂蛋白(a)水平,分析不同分型脑梗死与两个指标之间的关系。结果脑梗死组Hcy、脂蛋白(a)水平明显高于对照组;OCSP分型各亚型之间Hcy、脂蛋白(a)水平比较差异无统计学意义;LAA亚型的Hcy及脂蛋白(a)水平显著高于其他亚型,差异有统计学意义。结论脑梗死患者血清Hcy、脂蛋白(a)水平对OCSP分型的提示作用有限,对TOAST分型有提示作用,即高水平Hcy、脂蛋白(a)与动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死发生关系密切。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of homocysteine,lipoprotein-a and different type of cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into different groups according to OCSP and TOAST criteria.90 cases of normal healthy people as control group that came to physical examination over the same period in our hospital.The level of homocysteine,lipoprotein-a in all patients were detected.The relationship between the level of homocysteine,lipoprotein-a and different type of cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results The level of homocysteine,lipoprotein-a in cerebral infarction was higher than that in control group respectively.There was no statistical difference in homocysteine,lipoprotein-a among different OCSP subtypes.The level of homocysteine,lipoprotein-a in LAA subtype was higher than that in other subtypes respectively,with statistical difference. Conclusion The level of homocysteine,lipoprotein-a correlates more with TOAST subtype than with OCSP subtype in cerebral infarction patients.High level of homocysteine,lipoprotein-a are closely related to the occurrence of atherosclerosis.
