摘要
目的探讨业务流程再造理论优化门诊药房工作的意义及影响。方法随机选取本院再造前2012年1~6月门诊患者60例为对照组,改造后2013年1~6月的60例患者为实验组,比较两组患者的取药时间及对门诊流程再造的满意度,并对两个时期门诊药房医师处理药方的数量和时间进行比较。结果实验组的等待时间、取药时间明显短于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组门诊医师每小时平均处理处方量明显多于对照组,每方调配时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论业务流程再造理论具有较高的临床应用价值,值得各医院门诊药房进一步应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of business process reengineering on the optimization of outpatient pharmacy work. Methods 60 patients in our hospital from January to June 2012 were selected as control group,60 patients in our hospital from January to June 2013 were selected as experimental group,the patients′ dispensary time and satisfaction with outpatient business process reengineering,the amount and timing of treatment prescription in outpatient pharmacy physician between the two groups was compared. Results The waiting time and dispensary time in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,patients′ satisfaction was higher than that in control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The average hourly processing prescriptions in experimental group was more than that in control group,prescription dispatch time was shorter than that in control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Business process reengineering has high clinical value,is worthy of further application in outpatient pharmacy of the hospital.
