摘要
目的探讨规范化护理培训提高新护士职业自我认同感的效果,为护理管理提供依据。方法对本院32名新护士进行规范化护理培训,培训内容主要包括护理专业知识与技能及职业心理健康。培训前后,采用护士职业认同评定量表(PIS)对32名新护士进行评价。结果培训前,护士的PIS评分总分为(81.43±13.85)分,培训后,PIS评分总分为(110.35±15.16)分,护士培训前后的PIS评分总分差异有统计学意义(t=7.96,P<0.01)。结论规范化护理培训有助于增强新护士的护理专业自我认同感,对提高护理工作质量具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of normalized nursing training on improving new nurse′s professional self-identity to provide basis for nursing management. Methods 32 new nurses were received with normalized nursing training.The training contents mainly included knowledge and skills on nursing and vocational psychological health.Before training,professional identification scale(PIS) was evaluated 32 new nurses. Results Before training,the total score of PIS on nurses was(81.43±13.85) points,while after training,the total score of PIS reached(110.35 ±15.16) points,and there was a statistical difference of the total score of PIS before and after training for nurses(t=7.96,P〈0.01). Conclusion Normalized nursing training is beneficial to intensify new nurse′ s professional self-identity,and plays a positive role in improving the quality of nursing care.
