综合护理干预在脑卒中患者神经源性吞咽障碍中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in neurogenic swallowing dysfunction of patients with stroke

目的探讨综合护理干预在脑卒中患者神经源性吞咽障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2012年10月~2013年12月康复科收治的106例脑卒中导致神经源性吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予脑血管病常规药物治疗及摄食训练、冷刺激、电刺激,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组不同时间的治愈率。结果观察组第2周的治愈率为35.85%,显著高于对照组的18.87%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组第3周的治愈率为88.68%,显著高于对照组的58.49%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论综合护理干预能够有效地改善脑卒中导致神经源性吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in neurogenic swallowing dysfunction of patients with stroke. Methods 106 cases with neurogenic swallowing dysfunction from October 2012 to December 2013 in rehabilitation were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional drug of cerebrovascular disease,feeding of training,cold stimulation and electrical stimulation.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of of the control group.The cure rate in different time in two groups was compared. Results The cure rate in second weeks of the observation group was 35.85%,which was significantly higher than 18.87% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The cure rate in third weeks of the observation group was 88.68%,which was significantly higher than 58.49% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with stroke leading to neurogenic dysphagia,improve the cure rate of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
