综合护理干预对寻常型天疱疮患者治疗依从性及焦虑心理的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for treatment adherence and anxiety of patient with pemphigus vulgaris

目的探讨综合护理干预对寻常型天疱疮患者治疗依从性及焦虑心理的影响。方法选取本院收治的56例寻常型天疱疮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者的心理状态,比较两组的治疗依从性和干预前后1周的SAS评分。结果观察组干预后的治疗依从性显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前的SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后的SAS评分为(44.13±6.97)分,显著低于对照组的(50.25±4.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于寻常型天疱疮患者效果确切,可有效缓解患者的焦虑心理,提高治疗依从性,促进疾病恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for treatmeht adherence and anx- iety of patient with pemphigus vulgaris. Methods 56 cases with pemphigus vulgaris in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The self-evaluation of anxiety scale （SAS） was used to evaluate patient＇s mental state.The treatment adherence and 1 week SAS score before and after intervention of two groups was compared. Results The treatment adherence after intervention of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The SAS scores before intervention between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.After the intervention,SAS score of the observation group was （44.13±6.97） point,which was significantly lower than （50.25±4.61） point of the control group,with significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for pemphigus vulgaris has exact efficacy,which can effectively relieve patients＇ anxiety,improve treatment compliance and promote disease recovery,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
