循证护理在老年全髋关节置换术并发症预防中的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in the complication prevention of perioperative period of total hip replacement

目的探讨循证护理在老年全髋关节置换术并发症预防中的效果。方法选取2012年4月~2014年4月本院收治的94例全髋关节置换术老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,比较两组的术后的并发症发生率、住院时间及恢复活动时间。结果观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的住院时间及恢复下床活动时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理在老年全髋关节置换术并发症预防中的效果显著,能缩短患者的住院及恢复时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the complication prevention of perioperative period of total hip replacement. Methods 94 elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty from April 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The incidences of complication,the hospital stays and recovery time in two groups was compared. Results The incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The hospital stays and recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in the complication prevention of perioperative period of total hip replacement is significant,which can shorten the hospital stays and recovery time,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
