舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用探讨

目的探讨舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月~2014年3月在本院就诊的60例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理干预,比较两组的护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果观察组的护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够降低患者的并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the care of fracture of neck of femur.Methods 60 patients with fracture of neck of femur From March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications in two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67% in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was obviously lower than26.67% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application effect of in the care of fracture of neck of femur is significant,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient′ s satisfaction on nursing,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
