摘要
对于学报质量的评价,目前采用的评价方案是权重加平均,这种评价方法难免会产生一些”主观随意性”。为使评价结果更加科学,借助同异反教学评价模型,对学报质量的评价做一初探。
With regard to the academic quality evaluation of journals,the popular method is proportion added by average value,thus a conclusion is drawn to judge the journal quality grade,This,method inevitably produces some kind of uncertainty.Using the pattern of instructional evaluation of identical discrepancy contraryk,this paper discusses the ways to evaluate journal quality.
