Is There Human Capital Theory in Marxism?

顾婷婷和杨德才认为,马克思没有系统研究过人力资本问题,但二人却试图从马克思的相关著作中总结出马克思的人力资本理论。实际上,他们的研究只是把劳动力和人力资本无条件地等同起来,将人力资本归为"资本一般"的特殊形式,因此,他们的研究只是对马克思的相关理论的直接移植,而丝毫不顾这些范畴之间质的区别。马克思明确批判过古典经济学家的人力资本思想,后来许多马克思主义学者也批评了西方人力资本理论,所谓的马克思的人力资本理论并不存在。

Gu Tingting and Yang Decai thought that Karl Marx had not theoretically researched on the human capital issue,and tried to make a conclusion from relevant books written by Karl Marx;however,their research only unconditionally equated labor force with human capital and classified human capital into special form of 'general capital';therefore,their research was only the direct transplanting of relevant theories of Karl Marx without considering the essential differences between these categories.Karl Marx once explicitly criticized the human capital thoughts of classical economists,and later lots of Marxists also criticized the western human capital theory,therefore,the so called Karl Marx's human capital theory does not exist.
