摘要
目的:研究广西常用民间草药蜜柑草三氯甲烷萃取部位的化学成分,从中寻找有重要生物活性及药用前景的天然化合物,为其深度开发利用提供科学依据。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱结合凝胶柱色谱等多种分离技术,从壮族药蜜柑学75%乙醇提取物的三氯甲烷萃取部位分离得到7个化合物,并通过理化性质和^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR,MS等波谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从壮族药蜜柑草三氯甲烷萃取部位共分离得到的7个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1),3,3′-O-二甲基槲皮索(2),3′,4′-O-二甲基槲皮素(3),(-)-表没食子儿茶素(4),3,3′-O-二甲基鞣花酸(5),3,4-O-二甲基鞣花酸(6),β-胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:化合物2-7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study chemical constituents of CHCl3 extract from PhyUanthus matsumurae and provide the scientific evidence for further development. Method: Various techniques such as silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography were used for the isolation and purification. Physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods including^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR and MS were used for the identification of structures. Result: Seven compounds were isolated from the CHCl3 extract of 75% alcohol extract of the whole plant and identified to be quercetin (1), 3, 3′-dimethylquercetin (2), 3′, 4′-dimethylquercetin (3), (-)-epigallocatechin (4), 3, 3′-O-dimethylellagic acid ( 5 ), 3, 4-O-dimethylellagic acid ( 6 ), and β-daucosterol ( 7 ). Conclusion:Compounds 2-7 were reported from this plant for the first time.
